Hello, everyone! Welcome to my weight loss blog.
My name is Pavel, and I’m excited to share my journey towards a healthier, happier me with all of you. Today, I’m taking the first step and officially starting my weight loss journey. I’ve created this blog to document my experiences, share tips and tricks I learn along the way, and hopefully inspire others who are on a similar path.
A little about me: I’m a 38-year-old UI Designer from Paris. Over the past few years, I’ve noticed my weight gradually increasing, and I’ve struggled to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I’ve tried various diets and workout routines, but I’ve never been able to stick to them for long. This time, however, I’m determined to make lasting changes and reach my weight loss goals.
My primary reasons for wanting to lose weight are to improve my overall health, increase my self-confidence, and have more energy to enjoy life. I’ve set a goal to lose 10 kg within the next 2 months. I believe that by setting a realistic and achievable goal, I can stay motivated and committed to my weight loss journey.
To achieve my goal, I will be focusing on three main aspects: a healthy diet, regular exercise, and a positive mindset. I plan to share my experiences with different diets and exercise routines, as well as tips for maintaining motivation and overcoming challenges.
In addition to documenting my weight loss journey, I also want this blog to become a supportive community for anyone trying to lose weight or improve their health. I encourage you to share your own experiences, ask questions, and offer support to one another in the comments section.
To kick things off, I’ll be sharing my starting point:
Starting weight: 91.50 kg
Goal weight: 81,5 kg
Waist measurement: 107 cm
I’ll be updating my progress regularly and sharing my experiences along the way. I can’t wait to see what this journey has in store for me, and I hope you’ll join me on this exciting adventure!
