International Homeless Animals Day – A day to raise awareness about the plight of homeless animals, to promote their adoption, and to support animal welfare organizations.

National Rum Day – This day is dedicated to celebrating the distilled alcoholic beverage known as rum, which is made from sugarcane juice or molasses.

International Wave of Light – On this day, people around the world light candles at 7 pm local time to remember and honor babies who have passed away during pregnancy, childbirth, or shortly after birth.

World Bratwurst Day – This day celebrates the sausage known as bratwurst, which is a traditional German dish made from pork or beef.

National Airborne Day – This day honors the men and women who have served or are currently serving in the U.S. Army’s airborne forces.

International Day of the Deaf – This day raises awareness about the rights and needs of deaf people worldwide, and promotes sign language as a means of communication and cultural expression.
