International Self-Care Day

tInternational Self-Care Day was established by the International Self-Care Foundation (ISF), a UK-based charity, to promote the importance of self-care in maintaining good health and well-being.

he day is observed annually on July 24 (7/24) to emphasize that self-care is a lifelong habit and should be practiced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The ISF seeks to encourage individuals, healthcare providers, and policymakers to recognize the vital role self-care plays in health promotion and disease prevention.

International Self-Care Day aims to raise awareness about the value of self-care and to promote its practice in daily life.
